DigiWorld, LLC is committed to delivering your Stack Smart guide promptly and professionally. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
What You're Ordering
Stack Smart is a personalized digital financial education guide. It is not a physical product. No item will be shipped to you. Your order consists of a private, custom-built digital link delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.
Personalization
At the time of purchase you will provide:
The recipient's first name
A personal message or dedication
Your name or signature as it will appear in the guide
This information is used to personalize the splash screen of the Stack Smart guide specifically for your graduate.
Delivery Timeline
Your personalized Stack Smart guide link will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of purchase, during normal business hours.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you need delivery by a specific date or time, please email us at [email protected] before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How Delivery Works
Once your guide is personalized and ready:
You will receive an email from DigiWorld, LLC containing your private Stack Smart guide link
The link is unique to your order and personalized for your graduate
You share the link with your graduate however you choose — by text, email, inside a card, or as part of a gift
Delivery Issues
If you have not received your guide link within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If it is not there, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and we will resolve the issue promptly.
DigiWorld, LLC is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
An incorrect email address entered at checkout
Emails blocked or filtered by your email provider
Full or inactive email inboxes
Refund Policy
Because Stack Smart is a personalized digital product that is custom-built for each order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the personalized guide link has been delivered.
If there is an error in your guide caused by a mistake on our part, we will correct and redeliver it at no charge. Please contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to change the recipient's name or personalization details, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order. We will accommodate changes if the guide has not yet been delivered. Changes cannot be made after delivery.
